鳳凰城西溫德姆速8 (Super 8 by Wyndham Phoenix West)

不推薦這個酒店，周圍環境不好，靠近交通要道，半夜還能聽到摩託車炸街的聲音。門口一幫人半夜還在胡侃，影響睡眠。另外訂房網站訂房説有雙早，實際上除了咖啡和果汁，什麼都沒有

毫不誇張的説，這是我住過最差的酒店！因為第二天要去機場坐飛機，頭天看平台照片顯示酒店很乾凈。就訂了酒店，除了有熱水和電視其它設施沒一個能正常使用，空調貼著床，聲音超大，沒法用，空調裡厚厚的灰塵，被子薄的跟窗簾一樣，馬桶蓋板上都是黑乎乎的，門上安全扣螺絲都松的，用手就能擰下來，被子上枕頭上各種煙頭燙過的，汙漬太臟了。因為已經晚了，就沒出去換酒店，想著將就一晚。結果半夜隔壁住客用音響放Rap，一直放到早上六點才停歇。前台兩個客服態度很差，愛理不理，酒店周邊都是Hei人流浪漢，邊上大馬路，晚上卡車聲音很大。駐店保安都是配槍的，酒店前台安全玻璃像銀行櫃枱一樣。可想而知這裡的治安狀況。這裡補充一句，雖然出現種種不愉快，但訂房網站的客服還是非常好的，及時協助溝通。尤其是帶孩子長者的千萬不要住！

I will NEVER book with Super 8 again. There were cockaroches, ants, and mites in the room. The room was so filthy that I used all but 1 towel to clean a section of the room so that I could sit down and the towels were black with dirt and bugs. I didn't go near the bed for fear of bed bugs. The air conditioner stunk so bad that I had to turn it off and sweat instead, it was that bad. I went down to the office to ask for a broom, but he had already lent it out to another guest that also needed to clean their room. That should say something for how much cleaning is needed in this hotel. Idont think the walls had EVER been cleaned in my room and the fan in the bathroom was hanging off the wall with a bunch of scotch tape that obviously did not hold it up. There was a couple that was screaming at each other in the parking lot. The girlfriend was trying to break her boyfriends windows in his car which was parked right next to my rental car. I heard a vehicle get pulled over during the night and he stretched off during the traffic stop resulting in a high speed chase. This was the nastiest hotel that I have EVER stayed in. It was prepaid or I would've gotten my money back, plus I didn't have additional money to find another place. The pics are of the mites on our suitcases.I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Stay here for a couple time when I go to phoenix good location

It was a little confuse to access the room, but the staff kindly guided me. Overall, the location was good, the price was reasonable, and the facilities were sufficient. I will definitely consider it as an option next time I'm in Phoenix.

For a quick stay nothing for family just need somewhere to sleep that’s all
